Yamaha Crux Mileage

Yamaha Crux is an entry level 106CC first launched in 2006. Since its launch, the Crux has undergone a few revamps, as late as last year. At an ex-showroom price of Rs. 32,990 in Delhi, Yamaha Crux is a pretty good value for money bike. The model comes with a 4 stroke single cylinder engine that delivers a max power of 7.6 PS and 7.5 Nm torque. As this is an entry level bike, you cannot expect the high end features that are available on other bikes that are in the 125+CC range. Some features on the bike include adjustable shock absorbers, multi-reflector headlights and a 130 diameter drum brake.

  1. i have yamaha crux model 2009 on city interior mileage around 60 and on highways have to drive only in 60km speed mileage will be around 75-80kms. nice suspension, best road grip prefer only ceat tyres and dont add any xtra accessories to ur bike keep in original…

    excellent.. love u yamaha

  2. I have purchased this wonderful bike by 2005 when its launched newly till date its delivering more than I expect. They have assured me a milege of 70 Km/Ltr and after 8 years its still giving me 63-65 Km/Ltr and the performance is so Good. Maintenance cost is very less when compared with other Honda, TVS bikes. I used to service every 3000 Kms.
The Clutch plate issues its mainly caused becoz of driving if you take your hands off from the clutch after Gear down or up the plates will last long. I am marketing person used to drive 60-75 kms per day tilldate the bike didn’t give me any trouble at all. The bike becomes one of my family member now and I just love this bike. But its really disappointed that Yamaha stopped these bikes production at 2006 and selling only Crux which has more engine noise.
Overall its a very good bike and yamaha should relaunch this bike. At last, Everything depends upon the rider if you ride 60 Km as a top speed this bike will Last long and gives you more pleasure & satisfaction than any other bikes in this segment.
